Premier Homes Team has a well established plan for marketing your home for sale. Below is a brief layout of the plan that we use- keep in mind to protect our plan this is a brief layout. Our plan is heavy on social media platforms and web based marketing. This is where the buyers are today and we need to hit them there.
Tasks Prior to Listing
- All listing documents are presented to you then uploaded in our web based cloud and delivered for signatures. No need for paper – all can be done and stored online
- We use a professional company to take all High Res photos of your home- a photo is worth a thousand words.
- We use a professional videographer to video your home in high resolution
- Property description is professionally written by a English major and approved by you
At Listing and Just Before:
- We will list your home on the Greater Louisville Multiple Listing Service (and is applicable also on the Southern Indian Realtor MLS)
- Your home will be posted to over 100 websites at this time as well
- Your professional video will be uploaded to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and many other sites.
- Your home will be listed on Zillow, Trullia, Realtor.com
- We will place a sign in the yard at this point
- Present your home to over 100 agents in our weekly team meeting
- Host an Open House on the second weekend listed (if not soorner based on area or markert conditions)
Marketing:
- For the most part print media is dead in real estate- we will market your home on social media
- Dedicated posts to your home on all social media
- Home specific web pages
If we need to adjust price we will:
- Call all past showing agents to notify
- Use reverse prospecting to notify agents of reduction
- Update all listing material
When we receive an offer:
- Use our years of experience to help negotiate for your best interests
- Ensure all timelines are met during the process
- Have our closing coordinator communicate with you on timelines and any updates
After Closing:
- You will receive quarterly market updates on our newsletter
- If you are also buying a home- we will assist in hosting a house warming party
